Study Day – Explorer, Researcher, Freemason: Travellers to Ottoman Palestine

This joint Study Day is organised by the Palestine Exploration Fund, the Association for the Study of Travel in Egypt and the Near East and The Library and Museum of Freemasonry. It will explore the contribution of 19th century Freemasons to the western world’s exploration and understanding of the Holy Land, and in particular Jerusalem, in ancient and more modern times. Held in the historic Freemason’s Hall in central London, the ticket price includes tea / coffee, and a tour of this unique building and its collections.
